These Terms & Conditions are issued by Natural Hair Lounge (Pty) Ltd, trading as Natural Hair Lounge ("NHL", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and in-salon services offered by Natural Hair Lounge. Website access and account usage are additionally governed by our Terms of Use, and personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Natural Hair Lounge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable South African consumer laws.

Service descriptions, durations, and prices are provided in good faith and may change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary where hair length, density, condition, or requested scope differs materially from the selected booking option.

3. Availability and Acceptance

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once accepted by the salon.

4. Appointments

• Bookings are confirmed once accepted by the salon.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling.
• We may refuse or reschedule services where health, safety, or hygiene concerns arise.

5. Payments

Payments can be processed using available online or in-salon methods. Where online payments are used, payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

6. Proof of Purchase

Invoices, payment confirmations, or booking references may be required to process disputes, corrections, refunds, or cancellations.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, relevant hair/scalp information, and up-to-date contact information.

8. Promotions and Vouchers

Promotions, gift vouchers, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Expiry dates and exclusions apply as communicated for each offer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Natural Hair Lounge and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Hair Lounge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
